This request comes from KLEINVLEI & DENNEMERE COMMUNITY MEMBERS to setup SPEED HUMPS on the BEND of ALBERT PHILANDER ROAD, between DENNEMERE & KLEINVLEI on the bend, infront of the KLEINVLEI MUNICIPALITY DEPOT, i have seen accidents happen, i had one and several other people had accidents before and heard all witnesses of community members that complaints about how come nothing was done till now, so i decided to take it up with the appropriate people that should secure the safety of the community and is in public interest. JUST LAST NIGHT I HEARD FROM A FRIEND  A TRUCK CAME DOWN ON THE BEND OF ALBERT PHILANDER IN HIGH SPEED, IT SPILLED WASTE WATER ON HIS WINDSCREEN AND ALL OVER HIS CAR, HE HAD TO TURN ON HIS HAZZARDS COULDNT SEE ANYTHING THROUGH HIS WINDSCREEN AND HAD TO IMMEDIATLY STOP THE CAR. ALL ACCIDENTS CAN BE PREVENTED WITH SPEED HUMPS AT ACCIDENT HOTSPOTS LIKE THIS ONE.
