Stop ticket touts from ruining live music events.

In recent years, ticket touts have become a scourge on live music events. Using bots to bulk buy tickets to popular sell-out events, and selling them on at massively increased prices, they have limited the ability of fans and music lovers to see their favourite artists without forking out hundreds of pounds. This was the case with the recent release of tickets for Liam Gallagher's tour, in which tickets sold out in seconds, and were immediately on sale on sites such as GetMeIn for as much as 5x face value. The same issue also occurred with a benefit concert for the Teenage Cancer Trust, held by Ed Sheeran. This goes to show the lack of morality of sites like GetMeIn and Viagogo. I ask the UK Parliament and Karen Bradley MP (Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport) to consider legislation which would ban the reselling of tickets for prices more than 10% above face value to prevent the live music industry from being further damaged by ticket touts.
