For far too long, fathers in the state of Kansas have been seen as lower beings on this planet. No matter what you do as a father the state of Kansas will always be against men in custody and child support rulings. There needs to be a major change in our system so that good men that just want to take care of their children and see their children do not have to suffer because of selfish and spiteful women. For far too long women have taken advantage of the system and abused men mentally throughout their lives. They alienate the father and hold the children to themselves because THEY themselves have chosen to, and the father has zero say. Automatically a judge sees two people and he will pick the mother without even hearing both sides.

The Kansas justice system needs adjust the financial assistance provided to mothers. For to long, too many fathers having been struggling with their personal finances and then being charged as a criminal because they can not meet the financial demands set by the court system. Especially when in some cases the financial amount being awarded to the mother is an excessive amount or not necessarily needed. If we want equality in this country it’s gonna start in the court room with good fathers of America. Fathers have the capability of loving their children unconditionally and taking care of them.

In addition, the state is so greedy, that two consenting adults cannot determine whether a payment of child support is legitimate or a gift. Claiming payments as a “Gift” is cruel to honest men that only did what they had to, in order to care for their children when a slow, corrupt payment system doesn’t work. The abuse of good, honest men, FATHERS, by mothers and the state of Kansas has got to stop.
