In kansas transgender people are not allowed to change the assigned gender on their birth certificate, to the gender they identify with. Kansas is one of three states that still prohibits the change of gender legally. We need to change that. People who are trans, such as myself, deserve the right to change our gender from right to wrong. So that everytime we show our ID we're not misgendered. So that when we get passports it doesn't say the wrong thing. Logically speeching if a person is going out of their country, they need a passport, and if that person identifies as Male, looks, and uses Male pronouns, there can be some confusion and debate. This is why the people of Kansas should reserve the right to change the gender assigned at birth on Their birth certificate.
