To the the Kansas Outdoors Man. This petition is aimed at changing the Kansas “Rifle Any Deer permit” to be changed to an “Any Season Any Deer” permit allowing the hunter to use the permit for Muzzleloader, Archery, and/or Rifle season so long as the appropriate weapon is used in the applicable season.  We are not asking for more permits just the added benefit of using it for all the seasons. This will not only extends the amount of time a hunter can spend in the field, there would be economic gains also. Fuel, food, hotels, gear etc. More time in the field means more money to local economy. 
It is also believed that it would help preserve the quality of the deer herd. This would be achieved by allowing the hunters to pursue the mature animal they want. There would be less “Brown it’s down”.
