Judge Gibbons recently ruled that two young girls, aged 13 and 14 were the "aggressors" in a pedophile sexual abuse case. The 67 year old perpetrator was given a less than six years in spite of the fact that he had a prior conviction for battery and sexual battery. It seems the Judge lost all sight of the fact that the two girls are MINORS and the VICTIMS in the case. I do not know what evidence was brought forth that explained how much money they were paid or what their need for the money was. BUT, it is NOT ok for minors to be seduced into sex whether or not they are enticed with money. WHAT IS THE MATTER WITH THIS COUNTRY!!!

"The Star reported on Sunday that Gibbens ignored prosecutors in sentencing Raymond Soden to nearly six years in prison. Prosecutors said Soden had a prior conviction for battery and sexual battery and had asked that he be sentenced to more than 13 years in prison."
