Kansas City parks and recreation centers are cutting the water and electricity off at our community parks. I’m sure the costs to rent are still the same. How are people supposed to use restroom facilities, get water, use electricity when having events. This is very typical in our black neighborhoods. We pay our taxes and we deserve to have the same facilities as other neighborhoods. Please sign!
