Help the James Family! Move the community dumpsters away from their home!!

Western Kane County Special Services placed 8 community dumpsters on the land directly in back of the James' family home in the mountains of Duck Creek Village, Utah. The dumpsters service a large group of people and are frequently overflowing with trashbags, mattresses and TVs and toilets and any number of large items. Not only is it a huge smelly mess, its ugly and disgusting. This mess is against the fence for the James property and Mr. James' art studio. The family is unable to open their windows and enjoy the fresh mountain air as the smell from the dumpsters is nauseating and so thick Mr. James has said you can taste it in your mouth. Mr. & Mrs. James have a beautiful little girl who can no longer play outdoors during our gorgeous summer months because the smell is so bad and because there are rats and other rodents running to and from the dumpsters digging thru the trash. Mr. James is an artist with a studio he finds difficult to work in since the dumpsters are placed right against the back wall. No amount of pleading or talking has helped the James family at all. Please sign this petition so we can ask Western Kane County Special Services to relocate the dumpsters to one of the other open areas and give the James family back their fresh air and let this little girl go outside and play in beautiful Duck Creek Village like all children should be able to. Thank you!
