Mysghana Bussie started this petition to Attorney General Kamala Harris and

Over 3 decades ago, music legends from across the world gathered together to make change in a community that desperately needed a voice and bring awareness to a cause that was not getting that attention it deserved. Since the record's original release in 1985, "We Are The World" raised $63 million (today that's $147 million) for African Hunger relief, especially in Ethiopia. Ten years ago, that same vision came alive for a second time to bring awareness to the disastrous earthquakes in Haiti. We Are The World 35 for Black America started as an idea that now I hope to bring into reality. Black people across the country, from artist to legislators to former Presidents, have stressed the importance of Law Enforcement Reform. To this day, hardly any change has been made. Police officers abusive their power in efforts to inflict fear in hearts and minds of Black people every single day. Children, Black children, deserve to grow up in a country where they do not have to fear the same people that are supposed to "protect and serve". Black children deserve to grow up in a safe, healthy, constructive, and productive environment. Anyone who has a separate opinion from this FACT, does not deserve to "protect and serve". A change is much needed and must happen NOW. We Are The World 35 for Black America can be made possible with YOUR help. When this dream becomes a reality, I hope to raise enough money to contribute to the college funds of children who lost their mothers and fathers to gun violence and police brutality. Here is a list of the HOTTEST artist I would love to see execute this vision (no specific order).
