People of color and minorities experience more police brutality than white individuals. Unfortunately about 1 in every 1000 black male can expect to be killed by a police officer (Source1). This number is too high, but the worst thing is that the statistic is even a thing. People of Color should not have to worry about leaving there house, or be afraid of police. Police are here to help us, not induce fear and panic. 

Between 2013 and 2019  more than 1000 people were killed due to police brutality. A third of those people were people of color. About 17% of those POC were unarmed (Source2). Those police officers killed people who were unarmed. That should not happen. We need a tighter and more strict training so those number can get so low they just disappear and that's why i am creating the petition.

I am creating this petition to establish more training and more personality test to try and deter racist and bias cops and try and establish a more equal and fair system.
