Senator Aaron Bean (R-Jacksonville) said his "Fang Memorial Bill" filed in the Florida Senate will elevate the maximum penalty for intentionally killing a Law Enforcement K9 from five years in a state prison to 15 years and raise the top fine from $5,000 to $15,000. Bill #SB96
