My now 14 year old daughter was sexually assaulted at 13 , by a boy who is now 12 year old boy was 11 at time of assualt .  because he's the offender he has always had more rights then my daughter who was assaulted in his home . I believe no matter the age the victims of sexual assualt at any age should be heard and made public .the minor victims of sexual assualts deserve more rights. They deserve to be heard and get justice and have access to the case findings after the case is closed. It also effected them and should get to know what there end charges are and what he gets for a punishment due to being found guilty of there crime that was committed to them .
