Justin Yates, also known as Juddy, is a very healthy individual. He’s in the gym most days a week and is quite strong. However, he refuses to implement protein supplements in to his nutritional regiment. He claims he eats enough chicken to intake the recommended 1g protein/ Lb body weight however this is questionable. Please help me convince our homie to start implementing protein so he can get HUGE.
