Repeal the tax on employee discounts! Stop taxing the poor!

The new policy regarding the Canadian Tax Code on taxing employee discounts is a tax on primarily modest income earners in the retail business.  It will also be an enormous burden on retailers and employees to keep track of employee discounts.  If a MacDonald's employee receives a discount on an order of small fries, the will have to report the amount of the discount which will now be taxable.  A tax on the poor is unconscionable and this one borders on insanity.
