This is a human rights issue! Every human being should be entitled to clean drinking water as a basic right of life. If we can afford to pay our officials so well and create new parking lots, paved roads, and better hotels, we as a society should be forcing our governments to give the basic human rights to those in our country who do not have access to it! Hold them accountable!
