We are currently experiencing hands on education loss due to having our courses pushed to online, especially the students that are taking courses where 80% of it is based on hands on and face to face communication. We should NOT have to pay a full tuition amount like it’s a normal semester, because it isn’t a normal semester and this is unfair. We were denied a student bus pass meaning our transit has to be taken out of our own pocket if we have any in person classes and figure out our own way to get there. It’s concerning how the student seat deposit was still asked for in August ($500) for a ONLINE seat... it seems as if no ones putting us first and our feelings into consideration.

i believe we deserve at least 50% of our tuition for this year cut in half. People are struggling at a time like this, losing jobs and losing their houses. I find it scary how quick the education system will still ask for this amount of money during a global pandemic. We need change & we need it now more than ever.
