On October 6, 2021, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced that vaccinations would be mandatory for all federal government employees and federal agencies. The mandates would force employees to take the vaccination or be placed on leave without pay. 

This is an infringement of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Canadians should not have to be forced to take the vaccine in order to continue to their jobs. No Canadian should ever have to be forced to take a vaccine that they do not want just to continue to have an income.

Many federal employees adapted to the new Work From Home model and continue to do so, but despite this, even WFH employees are being forced to take the vaccine to continue to be a federal public employee. 

Sign our petition to show your support to federal employees who are faced with the threat of being placed on Leave Without Pay for exercising their rights as a human being and Canadian citizen. 

Remember this, if Federal Employees are forced to take the vaccine, the same will happen with the private sector and other jobs.
