Disturbing allegations have surfaced in the past week about the Prime Minister's Office pressuring the former Justice Minister, The Honourable Jody Wilson-Raybould to intervene in the corruption and fraud prosecution of SNC-Lavalin. Allegations also include that when Ms. Wilson-Raybould refused, Canada's first Indigenous Justice Minister was unceremoniously fired and demoted.

When Mr. Trudeau commented that Ms. Wilson-Raybould's continued presence in cabinet was proof that he has nothing to hide, she resigned within 24 hours.

Canadians want to know what happened. We deserve to know the truth from our elected officials. We, the people of Canada, ask Mr. Trudeau to waive attorney-client privileges, and allow Ms. Wilson-Raybould to speak openly about the SNC-Lavalin affair.
