Invest now in accessible, reliable transit to attract talent and grow London's economy

London is embarking on an ambitious 20 year plan. At the heart of it is the Transit plan. In order to fuel our city's growth and to create a city that attracts and retains talent, we need to invest in our transit system.

London’s transit system is long overdue for a serious investment! Public transit isn’t a viable option for most Londoners because it isn’t convenient, reliable or accessible. For people who do use transit, the buses on major routes are leaving people at the curb.

London is the largest city in Canada without a Rapid Transit system. The Federal and Provincial Governments have committed to investing billions of dollars in public transit in Canada’s cities. We need some of that investment to come to London. The time is now. We can’t miss another opportunity or have London be overlooked.
