Dear Mr Trudeau,

Hard working Canadians are in great despair. What happened to Great Canada? Welfare Equality? Owning a home is one of the most basic Human Rights in Canada is what I know. Did that change?

Houses are being sold in a matter of days. Who are buying these homes with multi million dollar price tags? Not the hard working Canadians with a $50-100K household income obviously

Numbers are all within your reach. You know better than anyone how many people will not be able to make their dreams in their life times. This is what Canada is about now? Most of these hard working people will not be able to save the amount of money needed for down payment to buy a house, even if they saved for life.

Prisoning people into 600-700 Sqft condos with $600-700K prices where Canada has the second largest land on the planet. Who’s idea are these condos? Has anyone looked into this from the next generations’ end? What kind of adults will today’s kids turn into growing up between the walls? Yes I understand there is need for the condo units as well but that’s not what the purchases look like currently. People have no other way to start their home ownership dreams and forced to buy these coops. There sure will be a percentage of people would prefer to live in a condo but not with the ratio as it stands right now. A simple survey should give you all this information. I wouldn’t be surprised if you already received this survey.

Isn’t it time to look into the housing crisis? 

Canadians need this problem solved immediately
