On April 23 2018  A man Drove his Rented  Van up onto the side walk in Toronto And Killed 10 Innocent People and injured 16 more.

This was a horrific event and my heart goes out to the family's who lost loved ones and the injured.

This shows the state of mental health in my country  Canada 

I do not know how to fix this problem, Maybe a 2 billion dollar registry for All Rental Vans is in order.

But I truly believe to nip this in the butt we need to Call on Our Prime Minister 

Justin Trudeau And His Liberal Cronies

 1.  To Address Mental health Issue in Canada  and provide funding to the health care system to help these people that could commit such a horrific act. 

2. Prohibit the Sale , Rental And Possession of Rental Vans In Canada Effective Immediately.

3.The Government will have a buy back program  All Rental company's will have 2 years Amnesty to surrender there Vans for fair Market Value.

4. After the 2 year period is over, Anyone in Possession of a rental Van In Canada

will be swiftly whisked off to jail.

This will cost Canadian tax payers Billions of dollars but I feel its the only answer to 

this huge problem we have in Canada
