Allow Israelis who have dual citizenship to visit Canada without a Canadian passport.

Starting November 16th, 2016, Israelis who also happen to have a Canadian citizenship — even those born in Canada — are forced to renew their Canadian passport at the embassy in Tel-Aviv ($260) in order to visit their family or do business as tourists.
Regular Israeli citizens on the other hand who do not have dual citizenship can apply online for an eTA (Electronic Travel Authorization) and pay only $7.
As Israelis who have dual Canadian citizenship we believe this regulatory measure is unfair, discriminatory and we are demanding a change, an exemption or the ability to apply for an eTA like everyone else.
