It only takes 2.0 milligrams of Fentanyl to be deadly.

Currently the law states a person needs to be in possession of 200 milligrams or more to be charged with a felony. This amount could kill 100 people.

The rise in fentanyl overdose deaths is growing at a rate like never before. One way to lessen the death tolls is to stop the dealers.  No more slaps on the wrists.

Im asking to make it a felony charge for any individual in possession of any amount of fentanyl without a doctor’s prescription.

Rob didn’t do these drugs. He was innocently murdered by local drug dealers. It’s time to fight back.
