There needs to be a change in our judicial systems where those who have made mistakes or wrong decisions need to be held accountable! And the wrong made right!

When you abuse the powers that you are given in order to offend the very object which affords you such power, you become an enemy of that object and it’s wrath is unavoidable.

Ive been wrongfully convicted due to a unethical prosecutor concealing victim testimony its an outrage and until you go to prison for a crime u didnt commit this will only be something u sympathize with. Action needs to be taken in a tremendous way these individuals wont stop until they receive real punishment for the time theyve taken from the lives of innocent people.

The truth is more important than a win, especially when the win comes at the expense of someone's life.

I signed this petition because my husband was wrongfully prosecuted in Yakima County Superior Court. He was sentenced to 48 years in prison for defending himself. The prosecutors hid evidence, switched and edited video evidence, and used false testimony. The list of injustices is quite disturbing. These criminals just go on like they did nothing wrong by prosecuting an innocent man. Some changes need to be made and these criminals of injustice need to be held accountable and criminally charged themselves. They should have to serve the same sentence that they handed down to the innocent person,

Many prosecutors are complicit in the racism in the criminal justice system along with the corruption.

I'm petitioning this same thing. In the wake of Ahmaud Arbery, George Floyd, Brianna Taylor and the many others before this. I am fighting for the wrongful conviction of Christopher Handy #341053, Florence,AZ. We have a hostile Dept of Justice. I am demanding that the statue of blind justice be taken down. Prosecutors must stop being resistant to undoing the harsh penalties and the Supreme Court should stop it from doing it.These issues must be addressed Today. No one else should have to lose their life in or out of prison.
