Chicago Police Officer German Villasenor was brutally shot and killed by his Police Officer wife Jaqueline Villasenor in his own home. He did nothing wrong. 
Jaqueline Villasenor alleges she was "suicidal " when she shot & killed her husband as they struggled over the gun she threatened to kill herself with. They were arguing about an affair she had with another man.
Arriving officer & paramedic said Jacqueline Villasenor smelled strongly of alcohol but she refused a mandatory breathalyzer test.
Guns should never be handled after consuming alcohol and other substances. Alcohol use is a risk factor for all forms of gun violence, including unintentional injuries and deaths. Alcohol can impair judgment and lead to violent behavior like in the death of Chicago Police Officer German Villasenor.
