The community of Eldorando Park is taking on the police.Residents took the streets after a 16-year old boy was shot and killed.Reports say the teen had down syndrome he had run out of the house to try find food and the police shot him for no reason.

When the police officer shot him the boy fell under a truck and the cop pulled him out under the truck threw him in the back of the van and went to drop him at a hospital and told the doctors he was involved in a gang fight which was not true.
