Justice for Yomi
Why this petition matters
On the 4th of October 2022, My cousin Abayomi shamsideen Alamu (a father of four) together with his mother and 7 year old son were returning back to his home in Abuja Nigeria, they got stuck in the flood at Lokoja Kogi state, but was fortunate to eventually get out of it, only to be apprehended by kidnappers who shot at him and marched them all into the bush. A ransom was asked for and the money was provided and given to the kidnappers. They released his mother and son after they had killed Abayomi by stabbing and shooting him right in front of his mother and 7 years old son, without releasing his corpse. Now his wife has suddenly become a widow, his kids fatherless. This has gone on for too long in Nigeria. How many wives has to become widows, how many husbands has to be become widowers, how many kids has to become orphans, how many mothers and fathers has to lose their children, how many families has to mourn over their loved ones. How many Abayomis has to die before the Nigerian government hears our cry. He is not the first but he can be the one to end this. Justice for Abayomi, justice for all Victims.
