My 11 month old puppy who was pregnant was hit by neighbor in my back yard. I don’t know how the lady came in yard I don’t know why, My puppy didn’t move she was in shock she couldn’t open her poor little mouth.. We called every vet in Paducah ky and they wouldn’t see her because she wasn’t their patient because her vet was in murray didn’t switch over to Paducah cause I traveled to murray.. It says after hour emergency but nobody helped we finally found someone in murray ky to help and we rushed her to murray ky and 2 mins before we got there she passed. The dr said if she had gotten in a vet faster she would have made it cause she would need surgery but she would have been fine.. Due to Drs here in Paducah ky not helping with cash in hand my poor baby passed.. I need so 150,000 signatures to take to city hall to see about a animal ER because it’s not fair we called everyone even the police and the response we got was this is for emergency only but it was an emergency.. There is a law to protect animals but when something happens nobody cares.. please sign this petition so we can do something about this so it don’t happen to nobody elsa
