Tyler was murdered on the campus of the University of Buffalo. They are offering minimal information regarding the case.

Tyler was a victim!! The school is reporting the incident as incident among  known individuals 

This is not accurate. Tyler was robbed of his wallet 2 weeks before his murder.

Materials were missing in his room in the dorm. The school was aware of robberies on the campus and failed to add security and cameras in isolated areas at the university of Buffalo.
