The level of work that is given in AP Human Geography is outrageous. We are students, student-athletes, and involved individuals with outside activities. We are given an excessive amount of homework modules and given no time in class to complete them. We are also given new assignments every time we are in class and they end up being so long that we only have time to complete half of it during class. This leaves us with an extreme amount of AP Human Geography homework added onto all of our homework in all other 7 classes. Our work is also not the only issue. Our teacher has an inappropriate attitude during class periods. She will get very aggressive sometimes and will yell a lot. I am taking a teacher course and we have learned to leave our problems where the problem started. The teacher is known to be very rude and grumpy with students. 

If things stay the same, we will have endless nights with little to no rest which will ruin our fatigue and mental health. This cycle will never change and will also affect future students. This class is the only class I have received this amount of work. 

We need to act now. If we don't act on this, future students will also be affected by this teacher. Most teachers can get away with not teaching and sitting down at their desks. This is not the right way to teach. This petition is helping my school, and can also help other schools with getting teachers who want to teach.
