Judge discriminated me during  two years since the Supreme Court process is going. Judge called me crazy multiple times with out any reason. He accepted all allegations agains me with out any proofs. He doesn’t let me tell even one world in the Court. Judge discriminates my child’s rights by NYS Law section 483-C to have rights live in home community and get local support. Judge use his power to keep my child five years out of State in boarding school with extremely restrictive environment. In school with supine restraints and electrical shockers. The Judge discriminate me as a mother, and as a women.He ask me for proofs of my child’s abuse , but he doesn’t ask proof from people , who made allegations against me, he just believes them , and doesn’t believe me. Internet resources  about Judge Rotenberg Center in Canton, MA are already proof how disable children treated as a prisoners under the crime. Moreover, parent don’t  have any rights to get any information about internal school’s services. The local police knew about crime from tons of parent’s allegations and complains ,but they don’t have power to stop crime , because this is on Federal level supervising. I hope you will understand better how is system works, if parent doesn’t have rights to protect own child, and police stay away from fact of “legal crime”.Please help me survive my disable child, who needs a lot of medical attention such as immune compromised condition. Help me to find justice for single mother, who wants protect own child from abuse and neglect,and get home and medical monitoring. Thanks!
