Petition Closed

On April 7th 2012, this 26yr old man was randomly, brutally, assaulted by a Willow Glen, CA resident, that has a long history of violent behavior. The assault took place at Jack In The Box, off Willow and Lincoln Avenues. This victim suffers from multiple skull fractures, brain hemorrhaging, a large hematoma, two fractures to the nose, and missing teeth. Even more devastating, Sean is a patient with Traumatic Brain Injury, while the perpetrator is on the loose. Its time for justice, so this victim can start the healing process. This petition is important because it is spreading the word about unnecessary violence, and Traumatic Brain Injury. The San Jose Police Department and the Santa Clara County District Attorneys office, know who this perpetrator is, but due to under staffing and budget restraints, this case is not a top priority. Therefore the perpetrator is on the loose, free to live his life, until these governmental departments take action. Our family wants to prevent this from happening to anyone else, and wants the man to be taken off the streets immediately.

Take immediate action against the violent perpetrator.

We petition to have our leaders take immediate action for this violent crime. Our community wants justice for this victim, and for the identified perpetrator to be charged, with the consequences of his actions. This brutal assault shall not go unpunished. We want our community to remain a safe, violent free, neighborhood. As a community we support this victim and his family in the fight for justice, and are asking our leaders support us in this cause.
