It is said in the Bible Job 2:3" A man who fears god , shuns evil" if this is the truth then why is that Philadelphia , through it's agents refuse to adhere the words of GOD '' shun evil'' ! In Philadelphia if one is poor and disenfranchised they are bullied , this is evil. How can an innocent man be forced to languish away in prison for a crime he didn't commit , and Philadelphia remains silent ! Enough is enough. how is it in the birthplace of "Democracy" can a man that is innocent according to the evidence presented by the Commonwealth; but remained convicted in a kangaroo court and warehoused in a storage bind to languish for a crime that the agents of Philadelphia know Raheem Collins is innocent of.... in fact a child was a victim of a crime where the victims own Uncle who Raheem was with during the crime gave a statement to the agents of Philadelphia where he stated at least five times that Raheem was with him & he came to court & took the stand as Raheem's alibi witness & repeated the same story that he told detectives NO WAY he did this "Raheem was with me & if he wasn't I wouldn't be here right now, that was my that family who was shot". Multiple witnesses came forward saying emphatically that Raheem Collins  had nothing to do with this crime...both Constitutions guarantee it's people a right to Due process and equal protection of the laws. Laws that are abused in Pennsylvania if one is disenfranchised as Raheem Collins is... this is nefarious! It's been over 20 or more exonerations in the last three years alone in Philadelphia, why ? Philadelphia hasn't heeded the word of GOD, shun evil... What is happen to Raheem Collins is sheer evil. No doubt the victim of said crime has experienced evil as well, however Raheem Collins is a tragedy as well. What is needed for evil to triumph is for good men, women, & children to do nothing... Raheem is garnering the support of the public to help shun the evil... The public can help by signing their name to this petition and co-signing their names to a Civil action or a writ for quo warrant (Pa R civ P 1111) challenging the authority of the agents that will allow an innocent man to rot in a storage bin for a crime the Commonwealth still hasn't proven to date.                    This is the time for people to take action against a system and it's agent that turns the other cheek on it's disfranchised inhabitants. If you believe in god no matter what attribute you refer to him as , then you should shun evil and help free Raheem Collins... because John 8:32 says , ''The truth will set you free''!
