A young man, unarmed, shot to death by police officers for complying with the police officers orders. Quadry had only a baseball cap in his hand and complied repeatedly, even after being shot, to put his hands up. This hurts being the mother to young black boys and girls and I am completely heartbroken for his family and friends. Please sign that the charges against the officers are raised to murder and not just 1st degree manslaughter. This is a case for the feds and should be handled by special prosecution.
