Last Tuesday night I came home to Pyro left in my yard . There’s no way for her to get in unless a human physically opens my gate to let her in . She was left with a belt around her neck, one used to hold up somebody’s pants. I have every reason in the world to believe her owner/my neighbor known on Facebook as “Tiara Price” abandoned her in my yard. Days prior she had already admitted to me that she recently let Pyro go free cause she “ couldn’t take it anymore “ Tiara lives in an in law unit and is Supposedly moving out of state. She told me which state but I can’t recall which one she said. She told me when she purposely let Pyro go she made a post on Facebook looking for her ?? And the people that found Pyro found her on the side of Highway 80 In Vallejo covered in fleas. The family that Found Pyro seemed like they would have taken good care of Pyro but they gave her back to her abuser �‍♀️� This all happened before she was abandoned in my yard. Tiara AKA The animal abuser lives right across the street from me. Prior to her leaving Pyro in my yard she asked If I could take her to the recycling center And I did for her to cause a big scene over not wanting to take the bottle caps off of all of the recyclables she brought. That day about a week ago when I helped her take her recyclables from her back yard and into the back of my truck I saw Pyro In a crate way too small for A dog her size she’s an 11 month old all white Husky approximately 110 pounds. It was well over 100 degrees outside and she was left with no room to even have water nor food for hours. I wish I would have gotten a picture but at the time didn’t think much of it being I was just getting to know this dreadful neighbor of mine. But I had Pyro for a good week until Tiara saw me and my 5 y/o walking her And started playing dumb like she didn’t dump her in my yard. I’ve tried everything I knew so far to keep her safe and away from Her abuser. I was constantly looking for a new home for her being the situation she was in And being I couldn’t keep her � The Vallejo Police department And Solano County Animal Control AKA Sheriff have failed this poor Beautiful creature � Idk what else to do other than create a petition that I know people won’t have a problem signing
