It is being debated that Mr. Lalit should be a Participant or not of Visa Oshwal Community.

  A person and his family who have selflessly, without any hesitation, with full commitment, without any hypocrisy, with full dedication, amongst other words which I could add from the Oxford dictionary,served 4 over 25 years, that whether he should be continuing to attend.

Additionally he has exceptional ability for fundraising on behalf of the community, especially during the relevant functions. Even a person who has stayed in the country after immigrating is entitled to be a naturalized citizen just after five/7 years without having to show such high level of commitment or dedication to the new host country. This process is called naturalization. Similarly there are other routes for registration.
