The Essex County prosecutor is recommending a 15 year sentence for the killer of Moussa Fofana. We protest! The killer has admitted that he shot Moussa. Intentional murder calls for a sentence of 30 years to life. A 15 year sentence is an insult to Moussa, his family, and the community that he loved.
