In November of 2013 I was arrested  for armed robbery and felon in possession of a firearm. January of 2014 a jury NO BILLED me of the charges, reason being I didn't fit the description period not from age, height, size, facial features, clothing absolutely nothing ties me to this crime period. On February 20,2014 I was sent to New Way Mississippi a halfway house in Jackson Mississippi for four months for coming in contact with the law and failing a drug test. May 1,2014 I was contacted by Nikita Banks attorney and told to be in CLAIBORNE COUNTY COURT ROOM ON MAY 5,2014 in which I did. I was indicted on May 5 and force to stand trial on May 13,2014 eight days after being indicted. I didn't  have anything to support my alibi defence do to the short period of time given to prepare for trial. Yet it still took the jury 2 and a half hours to convict me. November of 2016 the court of appeals reversed and remand my case for retrial given the fact the victim described everyone except petitioner. Description given goes as follow.

1.) The attacker was 6'1 or 6'2 I'm height 2.) Stocky and muscular. 3.) I'm his early twenties. 4.) Clean shaven face as smooth as a babies bottom. 5.) Big eyes 6.) Wearing all black

I'm 48 years of age full mustach and beard with gray hairs. I was 40 when this crime happened. I'm 6 even and about 135lbs been this size all my life. Never ever had big eyes this man literally lied to incarcerate a innocent man and with you all help I can prove it. I'm begging pleading with you all for support in proving my innocence I've been fighting for 9 years please help me
