Accused murderer Clarisa Figueroa files Motion to overthrow her 2019 arrest

We all recall the horrible and devasting loss to our community that occurred in 2019. 
It is when Marlén and her son Yovanny Jadiel López were robbed of their future. 
Clarisa Figueroa, along with her daughter Desiree Figueroa, murdered Marlén, then cut her baby out of her womb.

They both have been charged with murder.

Clarisa’s boyfriend, Piotr Bobak, is charged with concealing a homicide.

Baby boy Yovanny Jadiel succumbed to his injuries from being ripped out of his mothers womb, and passed after being in the NICU for almost 2 months.

Clarisa Figueroa has filed a motion to over throw her arrest, and to throw out some of the evidence gathered during the search of her home. 
In addition to this, Piotr Bobak can potentially walk free after his trial, due to the charges he was given and credit for time served. 

Judge Peggy Chiampas has scheduled a hearing on September 15th for the prosecutors response to the motion.
