Justice for Rajkumar Roy and Ensure Protection for voting personnels before duting

Rajkumar Roy was a presiding officer of an election booth in Itahar during panchayat election 2018 in west bengal. 

Roy had resisted attempts at booth capturing, went missing after that.
His body, mutilated beyond recognition, was found later near rail track. 
West Bengal saw a rather violent panchayat election on 14.05.2018.  A day later, the body of a presiding officer was found in the worst possible condition in North Dinajpur.

Rajkumar Roy, a government school teacher at Rahatpur High Madrasa, was a presiding officer of an election booth in Raiganj's Itahar.

A 42-year-old father of two, Roy went missing from the polling booth soon after. A day later, his body, mutilated beyond recognition, was found lying on the railway tracks near Sonadangi, North Dinajpur.

Rajkumar Roy's wife, Arpita Barman Roy, lodged a police complaint alleging that her husband was "kidnapped from the polling booth" at Sonapur Basic School, where he was on election duty.

"He talked to me by 8 pm on May 14 from his booth. Then, I failed to connect with him on (his) mobile," Arpita wrote in her official complaint. ""He was kidnapped from the polling booth and was missing. The fact was informed to the BDO, Itahar Block, and the IC, Itahar PS."

"I believe he was murdered in cold blood and his body thrown on the rail line by 7 pm on May 15," wrote Rajkumar Roy's wife. "I demand a full-fledged investigation by CBI...

We want proper investigation and justice For the braveheart Lt Roy. 

Also we want proper arrangement of armed security guards before during and after voting procedure gets comoleted for voting personnels. Even drop to home facility have to be implemented. No deviation will be allowed unless voting personnels will not take part in any elections. Every life is important. Even if any voting personnel refuses to take part in voting procedure, he will not be kept under any judicial procedure, this also has to be implemented. We fo not want any blood to ooze out of innocent voting personells. Requesting everyone to please sign this petetion and spread it so that it gets into ears of state and central government.
