I am a licensed professional counselor. Keonte was a client of mine years ago. He was a joy. This is horrific. I am devastated I’m just hearing of this. This needs to be addressed and handled to get ultimate degree. More now than ever, but immediately would have been ideal 

My daughter went to school with him.Even she said he ALWAYS had his headphones in ALWAYS listening to his music. He didn't bother anyone.Rke County has a history of treating blacks as suspect. He was walking home from work and the police say someone called and said he had a weapon in his hand.Well I know for a fact that the location he was walking through.- few blacks if any are seen or even go.I try to avoid that area .I believe that he had some type of stick or something in his hand while he was walking.Im going to remind you also that he was walking along the highway on the other side of town,it was late.hes walking with a bookbag .And the Rke County police didn't even let the family see the bodycam footage, the family is in the process of getting a court order to view it.This case is an example of prejudice point blank. That young man died because he was black walking through a white part of town.I guess they felt threatened BLM
