Recently a minor girl was gang raped by a group of few minors & adults from politically influential families of the ruling party & their secret ally, after visiting a pub in the posh Jubilee Hills area.

This raises several questions, firstly about the working of pubs in the uptown areas in allowing underage children.

We demand fast track court to give justice to the girl and strongest punishment for the culprits. There are several theories surrounding it to be a case of mutual consent. However, prima-facie, it appears to be a case of rape without consent. But, still if this is a false allegation then we demand strong action against the miner's father for intentionally laying false accusations. It is to be noted that had the boys not done anything wrong, they didn't had to abscond (escape initially).

We must recall rape & gang rape cases have increased in Hyderabad ever since Disha case. Further, there are regular cases of revenge murders & honor killings coming to light frequently. The law & order situation in Hyderabad has been deteriorated. We hold the Home Minister, Telangana DGP & Hyderabad City Police Commissioner responsible for this and demand their resignations. The Police, it appears is not able to work independently & is rather under pressure from the bosses. We urge the Hon'ble Governor to take note of this & take necessary action to improve the situation for public, especially women.

This case also exposes the hollow & fake moral high grounds city party leaders & minority leaders of the ruling party boast of. Their kids act & lifestyle is a cultural shock for the people of Hyderabad & the minority community. We demand their removal from the posts to ensure fair trial & so that they don't influence the case. It is because of such people that fringe elements get an opportunity to attack the entire community & spread hatred, causing divide.
