Hi I’m 25 and I first went to Dearborn total automotive in March 2017 a buy here pay here establishment I purchased a 1999 Oldsmobile alero had for a year literally as I’m riding down the freeway the engine blew I immediately called Dearborn total automotive the owner Christine and she tells me to bring the car in and they would be able to replace the car entirely for free since I had such good credit with them by this time the Oldsmobile alero was almost paid off I only owed the company 900$ exact so after they swamped the cars I thought life would be a breeze especially since she told me the car had a brand new engine but come to find out a few weeks down the line I wouldn’t be so happy come to find out my car was shutting off and coming right back on while I was driving believe you me this had to be the scariest kind of experience while driving so I instantly called Christine again paid 80$ bucks for it to be checked 4-5 days had went by and I still had no clue as in what was goin on with the car when I finally heard back from Christine she said because my gas was low the car was malfunctioning so got the car back and even filled it up also had to pay another 40$ just for them putting gas in the car which i could have done myself even after the gas was full it was still doing the same exact thing so I called Christine back she said I’d have to bring it back in but now when the car was returned it had starting overheating I took it to this mechanic near campus martial park and he said it was the water pump and it would be expensive to be fixed in his shop so I called Christine again and got it towed up there this time she had the car for weeks said it had all type of issues but yet this is all under 90 days and the final issue was the last straw I could no longer even afford the car had lost my job car and was going to homeless next neither did she care her only concern was money her finale solution of the car is that it needed a whole new engine and wanted me to pay for it here we are in today’s time an they have the car back even fixed it and resold it to who i don’t know but steadily ruining my life trying to sue me for a piss of junk they sold me now I have court back to back trying to fight for the little money I do make I still have no car and found new employment but now my life is a wreck I feel like they target low income/ based on income people and sell them junk they literally are scamming people right in front of our eyes please please help me get signatures for this company to be shut to the ground because women are there biggest target
