"Investigators say the two underage suspects are thought to be connected to the deadly shooting of 20-year-old Jake Arnett that happened Thursday night in the 1900 block of South Union Street.".....

"Police will not release the names of the two juveniles arrested unless they are charged as adults."

Via FOX 59 Indianapolis:

On Thursday, February 2nd 2017, 20 year old Jake Arnett was brutally murdered only steps away from his home. He was shot in his face with an unknown weapon. Jake tried to get help before crawling home and passing away in the home before help could arrive. The people who are being investigated at this time are juveniles, and their names won't be released to the public unless they are tried as an adult.

Please help find justice for Jake. He was a kind and loving young man. Please help us get these murderers charged as adult.

"Witnesses said Hubbard later looked up the news of Arnett's shooting on his phone.
"Oh my god, he is dead," Hubbard said. Witnesses say that's when J.T. started to laugh.
"Oh well," witnesses remember him saying.
Police say Hubbard destroyed the cellphones they used to contact Arnett — including his own. Another witness said J.T. talked about killing anyone who snitched on him."

UPDATE March 6, 2017:  Today was the first Juvenile Court hearing. They did not move J.T. to adult court yet, no new information. The driver, Ahmond Hubbard, 16, has been charged as an adult. Hubbard faces charges of murder and robbery resulting in serious bodily injury, a Level 2 felony. The shooter, J.T., is still in juvenile court. He has an EXTENSIVE and disturbing criminal background. I'm not at liberty to say everything I know since he is a juvenile, and in fear of upsetting the judge/prosecutors. I will say he was on house arrest and had just gotten off of it before he killed Jake. He had pictures of himself with the house arrest bracelet on all over social media before his FB page was taken down.
