At two years old was taken out of his biological mothers home after his 7 week old  passed away and mother was charged with the death of little. 

now lives with grandmother in a safe home. has been loved and cared for by grandparents, aunts, and uncles for four years. has bonded with them and does not remember biological mother. has overcome many struggles in the past few years and grown into a fun-loving little. now eats more than just microwave pancakes, knows what a hug is, and behavior has improved drastically. Unfortunately, Missouri does not recognize grandparents' rights, so grandparents are asking for your support to keep in their loving care. 

 s at risk of being taken from grandparents as the Jefferson County  Prosecuting Attorney, Travis Partney, decided to dismiss the case against mother. He is doing this simply because he doesn’t think will win. Because of this, could be placed right back into the care of a woman does not remember. Partney is opening the door for family court and the Division of Children's Services to put in this stranger's home. This cannot happen!!
