My uncle Donald Stockman was murdered 19 years ago on August 22, 1993 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The case remains open but in the FWPD terms has gone ''cold''. With so many other homicides the FWPD hasn't worked the case. However, they're refusing to release any information to a medium or outside source because it may ''jeopardize'' their open case. Two years ago, I managed to get Crime Stoppers involved, and they received a lot of calls. However, Crime Stoppers doesn't investigate the leads. They just turn everything over to the Fort Wayne Police Dept. (FWPD).
Help me ask the FWPD Police Chief Rusty York & Fort Wayne Mayor Tom Henry, to have the FWPD re-investigate the clues, or evidence (in 19 years we have new DNA testing equipment). Bring the suspects back in for questioning. It's always hard to lose a loved one, but I think it's worse when they're murdered and there's no justice.
PLEASE HELP MY FAMILY GET JUSTICE FOR THE PERSON OR PERSONS WHO DID THIS!
