This is justice for Courtney White who innocently was walking home when Lewis Clark chose to drive a stolen car, drive in excess of the speed limits to show of to his friends and went out of control hitting her from behind, unfortunately killing her at the scene. 

Instead of seeing to her and calling for help. Him and his friends fled the scene with no concern for her welfare. 

He was only sentences to 3.5 years. A car is a weapon just as a knife is but yet the justice system seems it ok to let give such a soft sentence.  You get more for shop lifting nowadays. 

This petition is to make sure that the justice system starts looking at cases like these that a vehicle is a weapon !! 

This sentence with all evidence is not the outcome it should have been. It should be treated as murder or at least manslaughter.  

Let's fight this and eventually get proper justice for Courtney and other victims because they are victims not just accidents
