REMEMBERING CHRISTOPER WELCH:

Brother, Son, Uncle; loved by ALL of his family and friends.

On the evening of July 4th, 2021, Christopher and his best friend Russell were crossing a street in a residential area of Williamsport PA, where the posted speed limit is 35mph. As they were crossing, a car with 3 underage, intoxicated teenagers was speeding down that road and struck both Christopher and Russell. After the initial contact, the drive continued down the road while Russell was still on the hood; Christopher being dragged at least half of a block before the car came to a stop.

Russell survived,  but not without many sufferings, including losing his best friend, Christopher, who died on the way to the hospital.

Here we are, 6 months later, and no news about the case; no JUSTICE!!! Nothing from the local or state police, or any investigative services. Even the attorneys are still in the dark. What should be a pretty cut and dry, open and close case has everyone wondering, what are the Williamsport and Pennsylvania State Police doing?? Why are the details of this accident being pushed under the rug? The family demands answers and that justice is served.
