I have a petition already on here under the name Demarius Duarte Williams. I'm back with more violence directed at me and now my infant son and his mother ANAHEIM, CA. I can't give too many details because this is open case in which I was charged with a felony. MY SON AND HIS MOTHER ARE VICTIMS OF POLICE BRUTALITY INCLUDING ME. HE IS ONLY 8 MONTHS AND ALREADY HAS BEEN BEATEN/THROWN FROM CAR SEAT AT THE HANDS OF ANAHEIM POLICE. ANAHEIM POLICE PICKS ON KIDS AND HIT THEM WITH BATONS...

AND TO TOP IT OFF, THE OFFICER THAT STRUCK MY SON AND HIS MOTHER STARTED SMILING AND LAUGHING IN MY FACE ABOUT WHAT HE HAD JUST DONE. THEY ALL STARTED LAUGHING AND SMILING AND CRACKING JOKES ABOUT MY SON HEAD HITTING GROUND. THIS POLICE DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO BE DISMANTLED AND NEVER ALLOWED TO OPERATE AGAIN.

I suffered a fractured leg once again(its about to break off soon) and my collarbone snapped again during arrest. I can barely walk and can't lift heavy objects or put right arm above head or shoulders. This marks the 16TH TIME. 16 police involved incidents and not one politician or lawmaker has brought it up. They won't allow me to see medical records from incident in which they are already destroyed possibly. People stop ANAHEIM POLICE AND ANAHEIM CITY COUNCIL FROM DOING THESE THINGS.

Saturday, July 9th, 2022, an event occurred in ANAHEIM, CA in which a young black male was chased onto the property where I and my family were staying for the night by a group of males. These males chased the African American gentleman and started I'm assuming beating him. I ran out from 3rd floor as well as many others cause the screams sounded like someone was being mauled by a coyote because there is a big empty field behind hotel where coyotes be hunting the cats and possums. As I got closer I realized what I  was now seeing was a beating rather than an animal attack, so I screamed and shouted as well as everyone else to stop that someone called the police and they were on the way. They stopped eventually and then left the scene. We all then approach African American man bleeding and throwing up blood with the police showing up like seconds later with ambulance and so forth. If we didn't intervene to attempt to stop the guys from beating the young man on camera,  the African American gentleman would probably be dead. 

Police pull guys over and they didn't even deny doing it and out of all the people on the scene, I ended up in jail charged with a felony. I had nothing to do with matter other than try and intervene nor did I know any of the parties involved. While I'm being arrested my significant other and my son were standing off to the side of me being arrested informing the cops that I didn't do anything and out of nowhere a random officer runs in with his baton and bulldozes my significant other with the baton and then assault my 8 month old son with same baton and throw him out of his stroller in which stroller broke, my son head hit the ground, and he has scrapes on his face. 

I need justice for Tina, Brayton and I because we had nothing to do with nothing. The cop struck them and arrested me for no apparent reason. Who strikes a lady and a child in a car seat with body and baton so forcefully that it broke a 5 star stroller and car seat from Graco. That's how much impact there was. Tina, mother of child, has severe injuries to knees, arms, busted lip, swollen legs, fractured toes, injured back, and more. I will post some pics and video. 

Meanwhile all of this is all on camera. I want the officers names and badge numbers and I want them fired. A supervisor showed up on scene and tried to escalate situation and informed or yelled at officers not to give her any info. Which is illegal. There is a law/article that prohibits officers from denying public information to citizens upon request. I want the supervisor fired that showed up. If you hear what he said to me on his body camera, then you would understand why. All of the officers were constantly turning their camera on and off and muting them. 

They should not be allowed to mute or turn off any cameras they have on person. Those cameras should be activated upon clocking in for scheduled shift and deactivated when shift is done. There needs to be change to policy for use of body worn cameras. Cause it allows them to lie, hide, misplace, or edit the cameras footage and they shouldn't be able to touch them. 

There is alot more but I have to wait and update. So I basically got arrested and racially profiled and my family were thrown to the ground for no reason. Don't let anaheim get away with this again

 THESE COPS IN ANAHEIM LIKE TO HIT KIDS AND THEIR MOTHERS WITH BATONS. ANAHEIM POLICE PICKS ON INFANT CHILDREN. PEOPLE MOVE OUT OF ORANGE COUNTY CALIFORNIA IF YOU ARE CONSIDERED A MINORITY. THEY ARE HUNTING US AND OUR FAMILIES DOWN AND OFFERING 2-BIT EXCUSES FOR THEIR ACTIONS. THESE ARE RUTHLESS THUGS THAT OPERATES JUST AS A STREET GANG DOES. I NOW SEE NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN POLICE AND REGULAR STREET GANG. YOU GUYS HIT MY SON WITH A BATON. ARE YOU SERIOUS. YOU STRUCK MY SON MOTHER. ARE YOU SERIOUS ANAHEIM. IS THIS HOW WE DOING NOW.... I MEAN I UNDERSTAND WHY YALL DID IT TO ME, BUT NOW MY SON HAS BEEN VICTIM OF POLICE BRUTALITY. HE IS ONLY 8 MONTHS
