A cry for help to change the law, where women cannot abuse the system or Law, made to protect a woman in India. There are too many laws to protect a woman but none to save an innocent man. There will be no innocent men left on this planet if women keep abusing the system that is made to protect them. My brother took his life, becoming prey to such false allegations, humiliation, and sexual harassment by a woman. Today, his murderers are walking free while his wife and 5year old son are suffering in silence. They cannot get fair justice, because of the laws of this country. New guidelines are required, to define what exactly is classed as sexual allegations. Change Vishaka guidelines. There should be laws to protect a man and his family until proven guilty. The suicide note written by an individual should be taken seriously and acted upon. The government should give justice within the first 13 days after the death of the victim instead of 90 days when all the evidence is destroyed and there is no hope left for the family. The police and administration should take these suicide very seriously and support family not ill treat family.
